地下情

The original name for the cake should be' flossy flossy' cause it consists of mainly chicken floss and other main ingredients. It's too hard to describe why i name it 地下情, maybe just the way i want it...

Ingredients> 100g of plain flour, 1 tsp of baking powder, 1/2 tsp of baking soda, 3 eggs, 150g of castor sugar, 120mg of sunflower oil (canola or corn oil will do also), 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of msg, 70g of chicken/pork floss and a handful of green pea (optional)
