Not really in the mood for x'mas this year so i made something simple....
Ingredients>125g of plain flour, 25g of coco powder, 1tsp of baking soda, 1/2tsp of bicarbonate soda, 125g of soft brown sugar, 100ml of sunflower oil, 1tbsp of margerine, 3 large eggs, 50g of roasted cashew nut (coursely blend), 200g of riped banana (1oog mashed, 100g sliced), 20g of chocolate chips and milk (optional)
