Ingredients
1 chili (finely chopped)
½ big onion (chopped)
3 cloves of garlics (finely chopped)
3 stalks of curry leaves
250g of sotong
200g of honey dew (cut into small cubes)
Seasonings
Juice extract from 1 lime juice
2 teaspoon of fish sauce
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of fermented black bean (optional)
Dash of msg (optional)
Methods
Saute the chopped chili, garlics & big onion until brown & fragrant
Add in the curry leaves & sauté till fragrant fragrant
Add in sotong after that & a quick stir fry
Add in seasonings after that
Lastly, add in the honey dew
